International Paediatric Brain Injury Society
The International Paediatric Brain Injury Society (IPBIS) is a professional association of multidisciplinary professionals dedicated to advancing research and disseminating knowledge on paediatric brain injury.
Members of IPBIS collaborate to develop and share best practices, mentor colleagues, advance research and promote prevention for the benefit of children, adolescents and young adults with acquired brain injury and their families.
In 2013, IPBIS entered into a strategic affiliation with the International Brain Injury Association (IBIA), the world’s largest organisation for multidisciplinary professionals working in the field of brain injury.
In 2015 and 2017, IPBIS organised highly successful, abstract driven conferences in Liverpool and Rome respectively, each attracting over 400 delegates from more than 40 countries around the globe.
